About Mandy Botts

I am a pure-bred Texan. I am from Houston and moved to Austin in 2012. Graduated BYU in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. I have 3 kids, Eli, Jocelyn and Logan. My husband and I met in college and married in 2005. We love watching movies together and going to concerts. When not doing real estate, I am usually doing laundry…mom life, am I right?

I love real estate not because of the physical properties, or the paperwork and legal jargon, but because of the relationships I make when helping people with large changes. I personally want to know who you are, so I can help match you with the perfect house and lifestyle.

My skills at communication help me be a master negotiator for contracts and finding out what wins deals. I run a mastermind group of top real estate agents in Austin to make sure I am staying on top of the latest market trends. Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock are the places I focus on. I always take professional photos with every listing to ensure your home gets noticed with website and analytics to help us track where people are looking.
